My School Day Story offers beautiful, modern school portraits across Bromley, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Bexley and Kent.
OUR STORY
We are Lucy, Nina and Francesca, three highly experienced family and child photographers, with a passion for the beauty in the every day.
My School Day Story was born from us listening to fellow parents in the playground, realising that school photography hasn't changed for decades and isn't far from how our own school portraits looked! After many mornings planning over coffees (and a few too many croissants), we finally photographed our first school and haven't looked back.
We are proud to offer unique school photography with our stunning portraits.
We have teamed up with an amazing printer and offer beautiful, high quality, mounted prints.
We also offer gorgeous corporate photography and provide schools with a modern, highly usable photography library for all social media, prospectus and website needs.
HOW WE WORK
All portrait photography is carried out outside (unless otherwise agreed).
There are three of us and we shoot simultaneously to enable us to photograph your entire school quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to your school day.
We work with you to come up with a schedule to photograph children class by class, ensuring potential bubbles do not mix.
We have an outdoor shelter if it is raining and will arrange back up dates at the time of booking in the event of prohibitively bad weather.
AFTER THE SHOOT
We provide GDPR compliant, secure online galleries and printed proof cards to give out to each class. All orders and monies are collected by us directly from the parents and there is little or no admin involved for the school. Prints are then delivered either direct to parents or back to school (packaged conveniently class by class).
Your school will be offered digital copies of all images free of charge to use for your SIM files and the option of usage rights for marketing subject to gaining the relevant parental permissions.
A 'percentage of profit' commission is payable to your school.
COVID
We offer a safe solution to your school photography needs. In the COVID climate we can alleviate the stress involved with having extra people inside your setting as we specialise in outdoor photography.
